Welcome to NodeAnchor. By accessing or using our services, including web hosting, design services, and associated tools (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.1. Service Overview
NodeAnchor provides web hosting, domain registration, website design, and related services. These services may evolve or be modified over time. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any portion of our services at our discretion.2. Account Eligibility & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NodeAnchor Services to:- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing
- Host or share illegal, abusive, or obscene content
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers or other accounts
4. Payment & Billing
- All services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made on time to avoid account suspension.
- Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in account termination.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Domain Registration
We offer domain registration through third-party registrars. By registering a domain through us, you agree to their terms as well. You are responsible for renewing your domains unless enrolled in auto-renewal. Missed renewals may result in loss of the domain.6. Website Content & Backups
- You retain full ownership of all content hosted on your website.
- You are responsible for backing up your content. While we may perform periodic server backups, we do not guarantee full or recent recovery in the event of data loss.
